What does this declaration contain?

We, as the data controller, will ensure that we use personal data about you in accordance with the rules of the Act.

When do we collect personal data?

We essentially process information about you in the following cases:

  • You fill out one of our contact forms.
  • Contact persons at our suppliers, partners and customers

Obtaining personal data

We use cookies on our website to provide you, the visitor, with the best customer experience and service. A cookie is a file that is stored in your browser, allowing the website to recognise the browser from time to time. We also use cookies to track user trends and patterns, and to better understand and improve the website. A cookie does not contain any personal information and can therefore not be used to identify the user.

Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your personal data, as well as request correction or deletion of data. To ensure that personal data is disclosed to the correct person, we may require that requests for access be made in writing or that identity be verified by other means. Complaints regarding processing in violation of the rules can be submitted to the Data Protection Authority.

Deletion of personal data

Information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected is deleted from our systems. Information is also deleted upon request by contacting our customer service. We will, as far as possible, comply with a request to delete personal data, but we cannot do so if there are compelling reasons not to delete it, for example, if we must store the information for documentation purposes.

We may make changes to the privacy policy from time to time, so please visit this page regularly. If we make changes that we believe are material, we will inform you.
